Pastor Carol Buyego, a wife and mother is the founder of Iron Sharpens Iron Ministries International. A ministry with a vision of raising a Generation after God's Heart.

She has a deep passion for God. Her desire is to teach a Generation to persue the heart of God through prayer, the ministrty of the Holy Spirit and the word of God.

Pastor Carole is also a mentor, mother, sister and friend to countless number of people that have been touched by God through her ministry.

Pastor Allan Buyego serves as the Lead Pastor at Iron Sharpens Iron International Ministries, where he has dedicated his life to the transformation of individuals through the preaching and teaching of God's Word. His ministry is marked by a deep desire to see people encounter the true nature of God in a personal and life-changing way.

With over 25 years of ministry service, Pastor Allan has faithfully served in various capacities including worship leadership, outreach, discipleship, and pastoral care. His journey reflects a consistent commitment to nurturing spiritual growth and guiding others in their walk with Christ.

The heartbeat of his ministry is rooted in Isaiah 58:12, which speaks of rebuilding, repairing, and restoring lives. This scripture has become a foundational pillar in his calling to minister healing and hope to those in need.

Pastor Allan is married to Pastor Carol Buyego, and together they are blessed with two children. Outside of his pastoral duties, he enjoys reading and studying, traveling to explore new cultures and places, and watching sports as a way to unwind and connect with others.

Mrs. Rachel Agenda is a devoted associate Pastor, intercessor, and spiritual nurturer at Iron Sharpens Iron Ministries International. She serves alongside her husband, Dr. Rogers Agenda Isabirye, with whom she shares a deep passion for the Kingdom of God and a vision to see lives transformed through prayer and the Word.

Though naturally reserved, Rachel carries a quiet fire—one that burns for reclaiming spiritual ground through deep intercession and the raising of prayer altars. Her heart beats for revival, and her ministry is rooted in the belief that true victory begins on our knees. Inspired by scriptures like Luke 2:37 and Luke 18:1, she has cultivated a life of persistent prayer, believing that God still moves in power when His people seek Him earnestly.

Her journey in ministry began in secondary school, where she served as a prayer secretary in the Scripture Union fellowship. It was there that her burden for prayer and spiritual awakening began to take shape—a burden that has only grown stronger with time.

Rachel is also a loving wife and mother of three beautiful daughters. She finds joy in quiet places, thoughtful reflection, and even the challenge of solving complex problems—especially in mathematics. Her love for stillness and depth is reflected in the way she ministers: with intentionality, wisdom, and a heart that listens for the voice of God.

Dr. Rogers Agenda Isabirye serves as associate-pastor at Iron Sharpens Iron Ministries International, where he is deeply committed to teaching the Word of God and guiding others to discover and walk in their divine purpose. His ministry is marked by a passion for discipleship, purity, prayer, healing, and deliverance—core themes that reflect his heart for a victorious and Spirit-filled Church.

Dr. Rogers' journey of faith began in 1999 during his high school years, when he received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. That same year, he experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit, igniting a fervent love for prayer and Scripture that has shaped his life and calling ever since. Over the years, he has served in various leadership roles—from student ministries to university fellowships—and now leads within the church as a pastor.

In his current role, Dr. Rogers oversees the ministerial team and leads the Bible Study and Devotional department. He is also a prayer leader and has previously served in the Discipleship department, where his teaching emphasized spiritual growth and transformation. His ministry draws inspiration from Luke 4:18, embracing the call to preach the gospel, bring healing, and restore lives through the power of God's Word.

Beyond the pulpit, Dr. Rogers is a devoted husband to Rachel, his loving and equally passionate partner in ministry. Together, they are blessed with three beautiful daughters. He enjoys reading, listening to worship music, and mentoring others in their spiritual walk.
